CUSTARD ICE CREAM
AJZA:
- Doodh (Milk) ½ litre
- Cheeni (Sugar) 3/4 Cup or to taste
- Rafhan vanilla custard powder 3 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
- Ice cubes
- Cream 2 Cups
- Condensed milk ½ Cup
- Chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS:
- Saucepan mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
- Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
- Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
- Dissolve curtard dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur custard garha hunay tak paka lein.
- Thanda ker lein.
- Bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein,cream dal ker fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
- Bowl ka upper sifter rakh dein aur tayyar custard dal ker strain ker lein.
- Condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
- Whipped cream dal ker gently fold ker lein.
- Ab mixture ko air-tight container/jar mein dal dein,cling film aur lid laga ker 8 hours ya overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
- Chocolate syrup drizzle ker ka serve karein!
