Kashmiri Dam Aloo/Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
Potatoes : small size 1/2 kg
Dal chini : 1 sticks
Long : 3 aadad
Bari ellaichi : 1 aadad
Kashmiri lal mirch powder : 3 tsp
Kushk ginger powder : 3 tsp
Sounf powder : 3tsp
Haldi powder : 1/4 tsp
Heng : 1/4 tsp
Zeera : 1 tsp
Dahi : 3/4 cup
Water : 1 cup
Sarso ka oil : 4 tbsp
Hara dhaniya : hasbe zarorat
Salt : As per Taste
METHOD:
- Chote size k aaloo ko dhokar saf kar lain.
- Dhegchi mai aloo dal kar pani dal dain sath mai salt b shamil kar lain.
- 5mint tak pakain.
- Jab aloo gal jay to cool water mai dal kar thanda kar lain.or skin uthar dain.
- Is k bad is mai kante ki madad se sorakh karain take masala under tak chala jay.
- Ab ksi cup mai 3 tbsp pani mai kashmiri powder haldi powder hang powder saunf kushk ginger dal kar paste bana lain.
- Frying pan mai oil dal kar aloo fry karain.
- Jb sunheri ho jay to pan se nikal lain.
- Phir aisi pan mai zeera or garam masala dal dain
- Kuch der bad is mai pani mai banaya masla shamil kar dain.
- Or masale ko bhone.
- Ab dahi ko past bana kar is mai shamil kar lain.
- Or halki anch per pakne dain.
- Ab pani or salt dalain or boil karain.
- Ab anch halki kar k is mai fry aloo dal dain.
- Dakkan dak kar 5 se 10 mint tak pakain.
- Jb gravy gari hojay to us mai hara dhaniya garnish k liye dal dain.
