INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri mirch (chilli) paste
- 1 garlic clove paste
- 1 tsp gurr (jaggery) powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
RECIPE
PROCEDURE
- Combine all ingredients into a fine paste.
- Adjust seasoning and the chutney is ready to be served.
