CHICKEN PASTA


SPICY CHICKEN PASTA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • ¼ cup Onion
  • ½ cup Capsicum (Green, Yellow, Red cut into slices)
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • Ingredients for Pasta Preparation
  • 200 gm K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Red Chili
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Chili
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • Chicken Chunks
  • FRIED VEGETABLES
  • Boiled Pasta



COOKING METHOD:
  1. In a pan heat oil then add capsicums (Red, Green, Yellow), Onion and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and stir fry K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks until golden brown.
  3. Take cooking oil in a frying pan and heat it, then add garlic chopped and fry for few seconds.
  4. Now add blended tomatoes, chopped onion, Oregano, salt, red chili powder, black pepper and cream, cook until become thick.
  5. Add K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks, boiled pasta, stir fried capsicums & onion. Mix well.
  6. Delicious chicken pasta is ready.
